Embassy cards along with Princess Margaret Hospital are proud to offer participants two Greeting Card fundraising programs. The Boxed Greeting Card fundraising program, benefits the organization, participant as well as the Donor. Participants will be provided with a valuable tool to raise funds. In return the Donor receives something for their support. It’s affordable and everyone sends greeting cards. Our Cards are high quality and created by Canadian artists and printed in Canada. All card sizes folded to 5x7 inches and printed with the Weekend to End Breast Cancer Logo. The cards are boxed in elegant clear boxes - that contain 15 cards and15 envelopes.
PROGRAM 1
THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR THE PARTICIPANT WHO PREFERS TO SELL THE CARDS FROM A BROCHURE AND COLLECT THERE ORDERS IN ADVANCE.
- Participant will be required to complete and submit registration form.
- A $10 Program Administration fee will apply which includes: Donor form, 1 box of Greeting cards (4 cards to choose from), brochures, thank you letters, donor letters, final order form and Shipping.
- Participant is now equipped with a valuable tool and may commence selling.
- Cost of boxed greeting cards to participant is $10 per box - suggested retail $20 +per
- Participant will have the option to select from 1of 4 greeting cards
- Participant will have to submit final order to Embassy cards by Sept 10, 2009, along with payment. (At this point participant would have collected funds from donor).
- Participants will place a minimum commitment order of 25 boxed greeting cards
- Orders will then be prepared and shipped to participant first week of Nov 2009.
- A $5.00 shipping/handling & processing fee applies to each 25 boxed order.
PROGRAM 2
“THIS PROGRAM IS FOR PARTICIPANTS ORGANIZING IMMEDIATE SALES” I.E.; GARAGE SALES, STORE FRONTS, OTHER) ONCE PARTICIPANT ENROLS IN THE EMBASSY WEEKEND TO END BREAST CANCER
- Participant will be required to complete and submit registration form.
- Cost of boxed greeting cards to participant is $10. - suggested retail $20+ per.
- Participant will have the option to select from 1of 4 greeting cards per box.
- Upon submitting your order you will be given 3 options: 1)provide a credit card number and have the card processed in 30 days 2) pay now by cheque 3) pay now by credit card
- Participants will place a minimum commitment order of 25 boxed greeting cards
- Boxed Greeting Cards will then be shipped to participant.
- A $5.00 shipping/handling & processing fee applies to each 25 boxed order.
PROGRAM 3
corporate custom cards includes Client/Donor’s name and or Logo.
Minimum Order -100 Cards
You are not limited to the card designs as shown in our Card Collection. At Embassy Cards, you have total control over the look of your card. You can integrate your company's logos, signatures and photos into the card. The inside of the card can be personalized with custom verse. Your card can be produced with a different language.
